BENSENVILLE, Ill., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- M-Wave, Inc. (Nasdaq: MWAV - news), a manufacturer of high
performance printed circuit boards used in wireless communications, announced today that it expects third quarter earnings
ending September 30, 2000 to exceed second quarter earnings of $758,000 or $.33 per share by approximately 50 percent

annual sales revenues to increase from $11,305,000 in 1999 to between $40,000,000 to $50,000,000 in 2000.

``We continue to see growth in our patented bonding process, Flexlink II(TM) and our continued concentration in virtual
manufacturing has enabled us to achieve our margin and income goals,'' explained Turek. ``This is not a surprise to us, as we
have been executing our strategic plan over the past two years.''

October 25, 2000, that can be heard on www.vcall.com .
