Jeffrey,

That is very much a signal; however, CNRS doesn't seem to be a cat. Cats have gapped (fallen from the close of one day to the open of the next) 30% or more. CNRS looks more like a dog. Actually, just going over the historical prices for the last 18 months, it seems like a P&D.
Still, the symbol is extremely familiar. Try Doug with it. I think it was one of his, a long time ago.
