Learning from the past means you dont have to repeat past mistakes and perhaps chipcos have learned some of those lessons. The market says no to this at present as they await the falling sky. They study the past blindly and "DON'T" learn from it. What we missed was not the end of the cycle but the prognostication of that event. It certainly would have been advantageous to anticipate the stupidity of pundits but as long termers this too shall pass.
