No.

To my knowledge, none of the major chips will be made using .13um in 2001. This includes; Athlon, Pentium, Pentium4, Itanium, Ultra Sparc, POWER3, POWER4, Alpha, PA-RISC.

That's why I found Julius comment interesting because he obviously had the technical jargon down.
