I can't wait to hear Susan B. Felch testify about believing people were making faces at her and why she hid a video camera in her office pointed at a men's room for five weeks 24/7. Then it will be most interesting to hear Dick Aurelio testify why he spent time in a court room in a failed attempt to stop families from shopping in their own neighborhood. If this is good then what is evil?

Susan B. Felch LIED to her mother! Susan B. Felch secretly videotaped one or more company bathrooms! Susan B. Felch boasted about working less than 40 hours a week and displayed a half-naked poster on her office door! Susan B. Felch harassed coworkers in another department causing one to be fired and another to resign! Susan B. Felch may have sabotaged her own laboratory in which toxic gases that could kill might be released! Susan B. Felch has used Varian resources to perpetuate a frivolous SLAPP lawsuit in which she will be given opportunity to tell the world about ALL of this! The EDD, the District Court and the US Appeals Court - three appearances - three losses! Brian, any bets where VSEA is headed?
