Bob if the gold price is being manipulated you are not investing you are simply gambling and hoping you are guessing correctly the way they are going to move the price. Fundamentals are of course totally irrelevant if they are manipulating the price. The only question you should ask if they are manipulating the price of gold is can it continue forever and what will happpen when if breaks down if you think it will.
