Uncle: The call was a little late it was already in the teens(although on a different thread when the issue first arose and the stock was still in 30's I commented to stay away due to risk b/4 any facts were out). I didn't want to keep posting thoughts since I felt you might have taken a position. I have the accounting background and have done quite a bit of dd on acquisitions and divestitures. Actually the products should be good BUT the Dictaphone and Dragon employees must be going nuts. From the articles last week / this week IMO it looks like they fabricated sales to increase the currency value of the shares and they acquired two great companies. This will be real messy before its over. I followed IFMX and even with the value of the acquisitions this stock can hit $5. Can take a while but it will get there. Tim
