I remember that event too. The whole world grieved over it. This has nothing to do with the current discussion, unless you are advocating the complete disarming of citizens. The question that I asked was simply..What if I defend my self against an attacker with the kind of weapon mentioned. DavidK answered it. He would consider me a criminal.

either way, just because some moron shot somebody doesn't give you the right to come and take my guns... oh that's right... you won't personally be doing the work of disarming americans when the time comes... you'll leave that work up to the 'goon squads' and be a specatator cheering on the sidelines as your cowardice becomes evident.
