Whoever is executing through Herzog et al. (sound familiar?)...... they moved off the ask for a bit this morning. Nice capping. I hate this sort of manipulation, and, in this case, I don't understand it. DGI is private..... why is it important to cap NBSC? I'm missing something. In any event, I tested it late yesterday, just before the close. I bought everything showing at the ask (7 1/4), with ask at 8 5/16 next. A portion of the shares printed immediately, but..... ta da!..... a late print, after the close, on the remaining shares. HRZG was neither forced to restock at 7 1/4 nor allow the 8 5/16 to show. They've done this (at least) twice -- it's no coincidence, IMO.
