Dave B. Re: DDR/DIMM's
There is a JEDEC standard for a DDR Unbuffered DIMM. It's not available in the free download area.
From the Micron site:

Industry Specifications

JEDEC has defined a standard module PCB design schematic, trace
routing, and stack-up. By defining a rigid set of design rules for the
module design, we achieve a consistant electrical target for the
system designer and user.

Micron complies with all standards hosted on the DDR Unbuffered
DIMM common Gerber. We encourage all designers and users to insist
on DDR modules that are based on this design.
