I do not spew numbers from out of the air. Doctors also kill 80,000 people a year via mistakes...

Tobacco kills about 390,000.
RX's kill 106,000
Alcohol kills about 80,000.
Sidestream smoke from tobacco kills about 50,000. (I do NOT believe that BS...)
Cocaine kills about 2,200.
Heroin kills about 2,000.
Aspirin kills about 2,000.
Marijuana kills 0. There has never been a recorded death due to marijuana at any time in US history.

So:

4,200 illegal vs. 626,000 legal

or

4,200 vs. 106,000

ALSO, those 4,200 would be lower if people would not be afraind to be arrested. In FL you are arrested if you go to the emergency room for a cocaine heart attack. That sure helps the mortality!

No wonder the RX companies give PArtnership for a Drug Free America 90% of its funding....
