Mort is retiring so he doesn't count. He can sell
all his shares so I'll give him a break.

The real thing to watch for right now is moves
made by Michael Dell, Kevin Rollins etc. We are
currently in the window of opportunity for
them to sell... which MD has done every quarter
like clockwork.

That trend may temporarily stop this Q. I'm
thinking that if MD is wise to investor dissatisfaction
with insider sales and the recent stock performance,
he'll take a much needed and timely break.

IMO, his sales have nothing to do with his faith in
the company's prospects as much as they have to do
with lack of faith in the masses of idiotic traders
and investors. His net worth is directly related
to their whims and fads. Regardless, those who
don't follow the company closely (which is most
everyone) views any insider selling as a bad sign
and that perception is impossible to change.
