Haim, I have honestly given up on identifying a bottom with LU. The biggest hope for LU is that the market recognizes value in the microelectronics group. Even at present levels, the PEG is significantly over 1 when looking out 12 months. Based on price to sales, it seems like a good deal. If there is a slowdown in spending, which I am not disputing, legacy equipment vendors are the most exposed. As a long term buy and hold, LU is probably a good deal. Best of luck, tp

Avaya should clip about $ 2 to $ 3 off the Lucent price ex-dividend on Monday. I'll wait.
