RE "NT deserves a much higher PE, no doubt about it. But more than 4 times higher?"

I wouldn't pay more than $30 for NT or more than $20
for LU.

RE"I can say with certainty, the technology revolution is still young."

Absolutely agree.

RE "All of technology is too high by historic measures."

I disagree. let me offer a few companies to ponder.
There are some semiconductor capital equipment companies
(of which are the tools for the entire technology revolution) that sell by low standards by any measurement.
Some of these companies are down 75% from their highs
at a time when their fundamentals are fantastic, because
of fears that the cycle "might be peaking".
It is almost to the point where the bad news (if any)
is already priced in. I offer you KLIC, EGLS, COHU,
for example, all of which are selling for P/E of single
digits based on next years earnings (some based on this
years earnings). All have solid balance sheets.
