OK here's news, OGAM - Online Gaming Systems Announces Product Approval By the Nevada Gaming
Commission OGAM Completes Restructuring and Moves Corporate Headquarters to Las Vegas, Nev.

LAS VEGAS, Nev., Sep 27, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Online Gaming Systems,
Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: OGAM) CEO Gary Ramos announced today that the field
trials being held for the "Mini-Touch" (patent pending) slot machine have been
successfully concluded. This means the Nevada Gaming Commission and the FCC have
now approved the "Mini-Touch." The product has been developed by OGAM's wholly
owned subsidiary Excel Design over the past 2 (two) years in Las Vegas. The
official launch and display of the product will be at the World Gaming
Conference and Exposition to be held October 18-20, 2000.

As has been previously released, Anchor Gaming has been appointed the exclusive
North American agent for the "Mini-Touch" and is excited by the market prospects
for this product.

Within the next 6 (six) months it is expected that the "Mini-Touch" will be
available in international markets, especially Australia, which has the
second-largest population of slot machines outside of Nevada. The "Mini- Touch"
will fill specific market niches in both the land-based and cruise line gaming
industries.

OGAM would also like to announce that the reorganization of its management and
staff is complete. OGAM's new corporate offices will be located in Las Vegas,
Nev., with a satellite development office located in Delray Beach, Fla. The move
will be completed by October 6, 2000.

our long-term financing secured, OGAM has positioned itself to execute its new
business model which includes hosting for our customers through strategic
alliances, along with our Play For Fun services and our own hosting in Las
Vegas. The certification process of our software continues to move forward and
when complete will help secure our place in the regulated market segment. Some
misinformation on the company's viability has been placed on various Internet
sites. Let me reiterate, the company has put into place a plan and resources to
insure its future."
