Yeah, I know, And its worse than that....only MARKET orders which is a death blow to small cap investors. I sent them $25k and before I even made a trade,then i heard the news. Some are saying Amex is adament about charging a $60 transfer fee. I hope I can get my cash back without a fee. I am considering Merrils UMA which is 1% of assets, min $1500 year. Charged quarterly. But they offer a lot of hand-holding I dont need, so I am hoping to negotiate that lower or something. Otherwise, Looks like Datek & RJT.com are the best. It would be nice if I could get everything into 2 brokerages. But NO 2 BROKERS offer everything I want at the prices I want.
