What are the "Best" stocks-------nothing has held up,----Wireless,telecoms,fibers,Bio's have all been getting crushed.

Re: Hypothesis...your logic seems reasonable, Mav. Perhaps the strongest point is the very oversold condition of many individual issues, both high-flyers AND low-tiers. Stepping back and looking at the big picture, we are far closer to a bottom than a top. Still got your RBAK?! Bought a very small amount back in the mid 130's...wish I had a ton--MK--
