OGAM Completes Restructuring and Moves Corporate Headquarters to Las Vegas, Nev.

LAS VEGAS, Nev., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Online Gaming Systems, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: OGAM - news) CEO Gary Ramos announced today that the field trials being held for the ``Mini-Touch'' (patent pending) slot machine have been successfully concluded. This means the Nevada Gaming Commission and the FCC have now approved the ``Mini-Touch.'' The product has been developed by OGAM's wholly owned subsidiary Excel Design over the past 2 (two) years in Las Vegas. The official launch and display of the product will be at the World Gaming Conference and Exposition to be held October 18-20, 2000.
