** That's too much sugar for a dime **

Greg check out chart on Muei, release Bs earnings report <augmented by one time occurance> Stock gaps almost 1 1/2 on report and gets creamed from the get go... then *today* the downgrade comes.

Guess thats what they mean by "all that's known about a stock is reflected in the chart"

Oh never mind.. Just the facts and pass the bucket please

Think the SEC disclosure rule will help the retail investor, think again. Instead of disclosing information publically in a private room, analysts will meet privately in a private room. The institutions control this market and they make the decisions when it goes up or down. I would like someone to tell me the last institution to go belly up! You won't find any. I'll never forget seeing Wayne Chrebet(http://espn.go.com/nfl/profiles/profile/3193.html) as a guest on market watch after the close one day last year, before they played the Giants. Ron Insana interviewed him last year right after AMZN went through the roof. He was on the show, so he could throw a bone to CNBC about watching there show regularly, and that he invests on a regular basis. The bone head admitted making money off AMZN due to his broker giving him a tip. Undoubtedly the same broker who upgraded the stock days later, once everyone filled their stockings.

I guess you have to just accept where you are in the bread line, and that's not anywhere close to the front, at least not for me. As a matter of fact, I feel like I'm serving the bread! LOL. Oh well, if you can't beat em, join em!
