Most who have read this see it as good news, and a few others see some loopholes in it (see Raging Bull, ceoa+ postings).

Many feel the impact is that now they have in place the financing to initiate and continue the IND process into the Phase I and II studies, assuming the IND is approved.

There are questions as to WHEN the IND will be filed, and whether the terms of the financing are appropriately healthy. Being that I have little (read that as less than .005%) expertise in this area, I am simply reading and trying to interpret what is being pushed forward.

Of importantance is not whether SOME see the financing as good or bad, but how the community in general see this vote of confidence from a new source. That may work in the short run, however, may play against ADVR in the long run depending on how some things play out.
