Micro will be an IPO and AV was not. The reason is that MICRO growing and the feel is if they time it right it will be a hot IPO. This will increase the value of the entire company. At first, if this works, LU will go up, just as COMS did when they first announced and then IPO'd PALM. They will try to time it when the market is good. Then they will distribute the 80% to shareholders of LU.

AV not exciting but it actually has done well since being picked by S&P 500.
