The tactic for this week has been to ramp the NDX futures in the a.m., dump the stocks after the buy programs kick 'em up. Repeat as necessary throughout the day. The Buy program operators should be getting the Clown kicked out of them today (and yesterday...and tomorrow!) Expect more selling of the stocks formerly known as the 4 Horsemen, no MF porfolio manager worth his salt wants to be caught dead with INTC, WCOM, DELL, MSFT or Sicko on his hand come EOQ. Trades in the other spec networking garbage will get more and more crowded untill EOQ, then BOOM! Lights out when 4th quarter guidance comes in....major averages are teetering on the precipice of major support lines. EDIT: and the VIX was DOWN today! HO HO HO!

this stick warns of the coming eoq mark-up rally imo. unless yet another major warning mars the proceedings.
