I have never heard anything like that and I dougbt there is any truth to it.

Clearly, many folks are saying there will be a telecom spending slowdown from the last cpl of years torrid pace. I don't know if that is true but bringing fiber to the home, or last mile, would be more expensive and I think be of limited benefit.
DSL is thriving and healthy by all accounts.

Only the stocks would make you feel otherwise
