VERY WELL SAID LPS... All traders should re-read LPS's last post. Grace under pressure, IMHO, separates the real traders from the pretenders. Many times I have found myself ready to literally punch the keyboard (or break it across my knee) or kick in one of my four monitors on my desk. It is at the height of my frustration that an inner voice reminds me that no good is coming out of my being upset. I immediately take a long, deep breath, close my eyes, exhale and say to myself "Start fresh." It may be corny, it may sound weird by I will tell you this from many years of experience... It has ALWAYS helped me get right back on track. The few times I go off the deep end and punch a keyboard or stay angry are the times I have gotten into the MOST trouble trading (usually because I am revenge trading against a stock that I just got pounded in). Learn to see the bigger picture and keep a proper mindset and I assure you it will make a bigger difference than you can imagine. LPS, you have put a lot of time into this board recently and your expertise, professionalism and intelligent perspective are appreciated by all. Thanks. All the best, -- Gene
