You have every right to complain, especially now! Here is the chain of events, two PSM flunkies were seen filing info in Regina late last week. Several trades establish a benchmark of ten cents for the stock. The company announces buy back at ultra-low price. This buy back only helps people that are into PSM in a big way by increasing their percentage of ownership of the company. They obviously hit something they are not yet willing to disclose to the average joe.
