Thanks Bernard: Unfortunately, I don't have any more capacity to buy more Winstar. My position right now is very large and I have suffered big time! I am just hopeful that I will recoup some of the losses. Why is it that Winstar suffers much greater downside than its competitors when market sentiment changes? In '98, I couldn't figure out why Teligent held up much better than Winstar. Right now, I can't figure out why an Allegiance Telecom is doing better. For that matter, I feel the same way about MCLD. Bernard, do you feel that we will get to $12 before we turn? Must we have the high volume on the turn?
