Sector slammed today on BS news WRT telecos slowing spending in the $100B market. NOT TRUE! Excuses to mess with the market as we move towards 3 market-moving events in the upcoming days:

1) End of quarter window dressing;
2) End of warning period (for the most part); and
3) Heading into decision time on who we chose to mislead the country.

Boy, I'll be glad when September is over. If you follow statistics, between 1897 and 1983, September has been a down month 44.3% of the time (Dow). This same period shows October to be an up month 51.6% of the time. And, between 1886 and 1983, election years saw an average increase in the Dow of 3.5% over the previous year. I like the odds. Just hope we're not in one of those damn "off" periods.

Best of luck.

Hi GB, I've placed an order to add about 20% to my position if the price opens at or below $25-5/8 this AM.

Best regards, Tom
