OT - Was out in Vegas this week for a computer conference and JAKK's was having some kind of conference in the same hotel I was in (Luxor). Jakk's/Flying Color's/Pentech signs pointing the way to their conference rooms.

Looked to be a simple sales conference - maybe to get the troops fired up to reverse the WWF declines.

Nice move by BF today. Brian does care about shareholder value.................during Q4 at the time THQ's executives busy executing/selling their options.

Today, Pipar upgraded THQ from neutral to buy. In comparison, I think JAKK is a relative screaming strong buy:

1) It has more cash than THQI (zero debt as THQI)
2) More or as diversify as THQ.
3) Enjoy same income from WWF video games.
4) Suffer less by the platform transition.
5) Only 40% of THQI's market cap
6) Company buy back share and the board publicly said their stocks are undervalue.
7) high EPS than THQI
8) Trading at 2x cash value and below book value.
9) TA is improving, similar to what THQI experienced under $9 per share not very long ago.
10) $10???
