I agree that the rapid and steep decline is overdone. Take a look at this slide from a corporate presentation available at corporate-ir.net
ADCT's market position is #1 in 8 out of the 11 systems it provides. Its market position is second in 2 systems and third in one system.

In addition, prior to October 1998, ADCT met or exceeded earnings estimates for 29 consecutive quarters. (http://www.cfonet.com/html/Articles/CFO/1999/99OCswit.html) and I believe that it has met or exceeded earnings estimates since.

Given the company's track record, I think the recent decline is a bit much.

Since late July, most telecom equipment stocks have been kicked in the nuts. Here's some examples.

The usual fear at this time WRT end of fiscal year spending (or lack there of) and reduced capital budgeting by the carriers. Then, magically, in October through January, they go up. Note how legacy stuff by LU is not doing well while the new/next generation equipment providers are.

Best of luck to all.
