I think that the big traders for the firms try to stay flat don't they? I mean trying to trade so that they are equal p/c. When they get uneven they just start jacking the premiums to force people to help them even up kind of like a bookie who really doesn't care who wins the game just so he is even and just takes his commish. I may be wrong as all get out to!
