Your point isn't valid as it relates to Middle-market. It is more a point of the rapid growth of eCRM vendors vs. CRM vendors. ARTG, KANA, VIGN, BVSN...etc are actually not middle market players they are all eCRM vendors priced and primarily focused (i.e. making most revenue) on the same upper market of Global 1000 companies as SEBL, etc. Typical enagement sizes for all are around 1M+ and start at around 200k-500k...which is on the low low end. Most have some sort of middle-market asp offering for entry level...which is not contributing much to top line today.

Bruce,

The reason I don't get in discussions about specific mid-tier CRM companies is because there is hugely wide dispute about which of them are true CRM companies. There is a tendency to think that a lot of them are CRM companies that I don't believe belong in that category. As a result, many of the growth comparisons routinely made in my opinion aren't valid comparisons.
