Hi Brandon,
I read a bit about the contract last week and it is going to be one general contractor and he must have a number of small businesses lined up as suppliers. CSC had about 50 small businesses and that was thought to be an advantage. I also read one article that said CSC appeared to be the leading contender.

We should know soon. The Navy said they would release the contract this week.

A couple of trade rags are giving the nod to CSC and Lockheed Martin team.
