TMBTF. A very special auction site. 1 of a kind:

(BSNS WIRE) Timebeat.com Launches Auction Site
Timebeat.com Launches Auction Site

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 28, 2000--Timebeat.com Enterprises Inc. (OTCBB: TMBTF, CDNX:TBE), the premier retailer of the world's most renowned names in the jewelry, timepieces and giftware, announced today it launched its auction site, thereby entering the
billion dollar-plus online auction arena.

Timebeat will be the first in the world to offer authentication of timepieces, jewelry, and special products through an online auction.

Through the Company's affiliation with Watch Central Repair, Timebeat will offer a 12-month assurance guarantee for buyers that will increase their confidence in making a purchase and remove any doubts consumers may have in placing fine jewelry and upscale watches on the Internet auction block.

Unlike eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) and Yahoo! Auctions (NASDAQ: YHOO), Timebeat will authenticate the product through its New York office. The authenticated product will be issued a certificate of authenticity. The buyer will be able to see an independent appraisal of the item he/she is buying on the auction site. If the buyer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, he/she will be fully refunded without
any problems or hassles.

Timebeat.com's auction site is designed to take away all questions consumers may have associated with fraud, authentication or quality of purchase. Together with Watch Central Repair, Timebeat.com will provide the highest level of customer service available on the Web today.

As part of the Company's grand opening promotion, for a limited time all listing fees for the auction site will be waived. Complete details and rules will be furnished as part of the unveiling.

Timebeat.com is a dynamic Internet company focused on the design and operation of premier interactive websites. Timebeat.com is the premier e-commerce interactive website retailing designer watches, fine and estate jewelry, collectibles and giftware from the world's most recognized manufacturers. Timebeat provides an outstanding shopping experience either online or by telephone (1-877-TIMEBEA)
where specialized watch experts are available for consultation.

JPEI, your exactly Joe. Go figure. It is what I call investor sentiment. There are numerous companies trading on the NYSE that generate over $100 million in revenue and trade for less than $5 and hardly even trade.

Go figure.

Cheers
