The Canadian agreement announced yesterday has some significance imo. This aggreement is the Canadian equivalent of the US GSA approval since it allows Canadian government agencies to buy directly from distributors. I was told last spring by several Canadian distributors to expect 20% - 40% increase in phone sales once this agreement was in place. They were expecting approval in Aug but, of course, it moved to the left. If this does help sales, they won't show up until 4th qtr and beyond.

Also, interesting reading is a new book by Malcolm Gladwell called The Tipping Point. It talks about how things eventually take off in the marketplace hockey stick fashion. The fax machine and cell phones are used as examples. G* could easily fit into similar scenarios.
