News out on ZIM.V: Zim-Gold Resources Ltd - News Release Zim-Gold to acquire Deco Creative Group Zim-Gold Resources Ltd ZIM Shares issued 8,127,777 2000-09-27 close $0.55 Thursday Sep 28 2000 News Release Mr. Michael Kinley reports Zim-Gold Resources' change of business and related acquisition of the Deco Creative Group Inc. has been conditionally accepted by the Canadian Venture Exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Stockwatch Feb. 4, 2000. Upon the closing of the change of business, the company will change its name to Noise Media Inc., and Deco will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Noise Media Inc. Final acceptance will be received from the exchange upon the company's delivery of certain final documentation requested by the exchange.
