GVTucker,
For GAAP purposes yes but not for EPS or PEG or other company earnings research. Otherwise, Cisco, Nortel and everyone else, never would have had the growth and positive earnings they've had and been the companies they are today. Stock dilution is one thing, actual money loss is another, and the street treats it that way as you can see from the earnings pages of all the companies.
