Look at LU go this morning! I guess only CSCO and NT will be hurt by the slow down.

If he called 60 startup CLECs who are having a hard time raising money, he would have a basis to downgrade the 8% of the market those CLECs cover. However, my carrier contacts tell me they can't get the equipment in fast enough.
