There is nothing at all in any of Brandon's posts that even imply that his payment for order flow is undisclosed. [Received in a private message.] It seems your colleague, Mr. Tucker, has an interest in defending you and your site, "SwingTrader." I would point out your own statements to me in an e-mail this morning: I will say that your statements about MBTrading offering payment for order flow are flat out bullsh[**]. As I stated, I own a daytrading site and have over 2000 paying members, so I have tend to talk to everyone now and again, and MBTrading is the only broker out there who will not pay me commissions. This happens to be one of the reasons that I promote them, with out getting 1 penny from them.. Mr. Fr., in this e-mail you express your pride that you allow MBT advertising and hold them out as saints because they are not defrauding both your and their clients through illegal activity. It is also implicit in your correspondence to me that you have not only knowledge of illegal order flow broker-dealers - and we may assume you have neglected to apprise the relevant authorities of this fact - but that you solicited it yourself: " MBTrading is the only broker out there who will not pay me commissions." Careful now. You and your site have already landed in deep waters with those remarks. It would be unwise for you to continue in this manner. Sincerely, Olivier L. F. Asser
