Yes, I said that most of them depend on SSI, although an argument could be made that they could get along more if they would liquidate some assets. Still, I am not quibbling about the price of drugs right now. It does seem to me that means testing is not unreasonable.

I was talking to a doctor recently who treats elderly people. He said that Medicare covers prescription drugs as an option. If true, what exactly is the issue?
