Kracko -

I've been hearing the exact opposite now for the past month. CNBC has had guest analysts on that state unequivocally the market is heading down. To their credit, they have been correct thus far, however, I am using the current period to invest in select stocks that have been beaten down - NT, LU, FDRY, INTC. To me, this is the contrary indicator necessary for the markets to touch bottom and turn around.

Kracko: You might be right, anything is possible, and I would like the investment advisors to go below 50% at least, but the put/call ratio is not bad when it is as high as .71, although I have a lower figure for it now.

Sometimes the consensus is right, especially when it follows a bear market...
