Mark, Thanks for providing the link. Had alot of net congestion. I gather that Finnerty is making comment based on talks with his analyst. KOPN made 0.06 EPS last quarter and Fan guided analyst to a flat quarter for Sept in the July CC. If the consensus is 0.07 per Zack, Finnerty is probably right and just re-iterating the flatness that Fan expected since surprise may not occur. The big questions is whether the CNXT dependence on revenues will go below last quarters 47% and who will replace the revenue if it goes lower. KOPN June00 quarter revs were 24.4M. Another development is Fan's CC comment was that NT fiber optic rev will double in the next months. I just don't have feel of how much $$$ this is. Fan said it was 15% of the revenues this year, but didn't say what % was this quarter. If I use 4M as a ball park then NT may account for 5M of revs this quarter. Fan anticipated 19.4M in HBT revs this Q (essentially flat from June00). I think that it will be possible to make. CNXT is the major customer and I don't see them doing exceptionally well is the only problem. The only problem with today's move was that the volume was lower than the last two days and there was some large sells in the last hour. Trying to figure out if this a temporary bounce and looking for a good re-entry point. Jack
