Also, no matter what we say about the fact that there is no mention of the time line for IND WITHIN the news article, the fact remains that within the HEADLINE the notation that money is for FDA approval is a BIG PLUS.

Each time FDA approval has been mentioned it has been buried in an article or n SEC filing. That is is out there in BIG BOLD HEADLINES is a step they have never taken before, and indicates to me the IND is coming soon.
