Dave,

Some embedded systems need 128MB of memory. Others need less. If an embedded system needed 128MB of RDRAM, $200 is a reasonable estimate of the cost.

Needless to say, it is not economical to put $200 or $100 or $50 of DRAM on most systems that use $15 CPUs.

Why are you still obsessing about this?

Nice subject change, again.

I was responding to your comment about Clinton's ethics. You don't think it was an appropriate response?????

Dave, <It is not okay to exaggerate to make a point>

That reminds me. Mark Twain once said, "Sometimes you have to lie to tell the truth."

Of course, I wonder what the good writer would have said about Rambus ...
