Hi Ray, I got the allocated AV shares and I have a few thoughts--

LU has 3.34B outstanding shares, at 8 AV shares per 100 LU shares, the total for AV = 267.2M outstanding shares. So how much will AV open tomorrow? interesting!

In addition to the above, guess what!? --
Since the record date of the LU/Av dividend was set on 9/20/00; and LU was trading at $36 on 9/20/00...a sound mind should had concluded that "the possibility of LU dropping a few points, at the least, after 9/20 was great", and shorting LU was an excellent bet.

How did I miss that? or am I way off again? Comments and thanks!
