It's been proven consistently in recent times that folks with less, give more; whereas folks with more, give less. Which, by the way, happens to be one of the significant problems with Republican tax policy.

You are twisted.....it is not the government's money to begin with it is the people who worked hard to get it...it should not be the government who takes and then decides how much to "give" back....but for them not to take in the first place.
