those are probably from amd spreadsheet that they update once in a while. Most of the reports like that flow directly from analysts to institutional investors at the moment notice with partial updates. (some fair distribution of info) That is very common but that report also made it to bloomberg in unedited form.
The value of those reports are is that they are only partially updated as soon as new info is available. The actual research with all correct info takes way too long and info is old by then.
