Peoplesoft via Vantive acquisition has been in it for a while. Vantive was a weak player...putting two chimps together does not make a Gorilla. I am sure Peoplesoft can make some inroads in established PS accounts...but aren't a formidable CRM player. Clarify which was acquired by Nortel at end of last year is more interesting with CTI for call centers. eCRM is much more of an ermerging tornado and threat to SEBL over the next few years.
