The latest rumor, that I am spreading, is that in its attempts to diversify: EEK is attempting to purchase the Firestone division from Bridgestone. Failing that, they probably do not have enough cash on hand for that one anyway, they are trying to buy the blueprints for Firestone's all terrain line of tires and the formulae rights for the bonding elements between the various layers of tire construction. They also want the north American rights to sell its production domestically. DARBES
