That's correct ( I have a good memory but it's short). In fact the structure details IMO are that there were 24 million shares plus owned by Nortel(62%), Texas Instruments, iTech and others. The 7.8 million to be issued tomorrow will take it up to 32,000,000. Due to the six month lockup period, the float should remain tight during what is usually the best market for tech stocks, October 15th through March 15th. Thanks for the observation.
