You mean extrapolate and not interpolate I guess. In any case, that's a pretty dangerous thing to do. What makes you think ther will not be a shrink before P4 gets to 2G?

Look for a P4 die shrink in Q1 (before 0.13) that leads to significantly higher speed grades than 1.5G. And, power reduction is the biggest reason why those speed grades would be possible.
